Service Description

Synchronous (DBR) production developed from the principles described in the book "Goal" and the further development of the "Theory of Constraints -TOC", authored by Dr. E. Goldratt and colleagues. The introduction is constantly being adjusted based on the experience gained from various successful (even unsuccessful) cases of the introduction of synchronous production into business processes. Part of the results of synchronous production described above are also achieved in some Slovenian companies.
